Professional polyester fixing resin for solid and hollow materials 300 ml. The resin is styrene-free and can be used to mount wall bolts and marking points.

Injection raisin is high-class, styrene-free polyester resin suitable for fixing in solid and hollow materials such as concrete, natural stone, hollow bricks, breeze blocks and porotherm.  

Resin is suitable for non-cracked concrete class not lower than C20/25, in solid bricks, silicate bricks and hollow bricks. Fixing in other solid materials, for example natural stone. Fixing in soft materials and hollow materials, for example cellular concrete: gas concrete and breeze blocks, is possible with a sleeve mesh. 

The resin consists of two components – modified polyester resin and hardener. Both components are provided in special containers that guarantee appropriate mixing ratio. The components are mixed inside the tube when the resin is extruded.

The resin can be processed within the temperature range of +5°C do +35°C. The material is fully hardened after 30 minutes in 5°C and after 20 minutes in 15°C. Depending on the temperature, the material is fully hardened in 30 to 240 minutes.

Mounting:
After drilling and cleaning the hole, static mixture should be placed into the hole. Then, the material should be injected starting from the bottom until the hole is full of resin.

ATTENTION! First 10 cm of resin is unsuitable for use and should be disposed of. When mounting in breeze blocks and hollow bricks, a sleeve should be driven first. After the injection, the fixing element should be mounted. When moving the element into, is should be turned around simultaneously. After hardening time, the fixing reaches full carrying capacity.
