196-2 level series are made of an exceptionally rigid rectangular profile with ribs.
A very high measuring accuracy. In normal or inversed position, the accuracy is 0.029º – 0.5 mm/m.

It is supplied with two milled measuring surfaces. Two stoppers ensure stability when taking a measurement.

Removable end caps simplify measurements taken in corners and secure the instrument from shocks.

Two handholds for a firm and stable grip.
Two horizontal and one vertical level vials.

Please note that STABILA levels are very resistant to changing temperatures. 
The accuracy is guaranteed within the temperature range: -20º C do + 50º C.
