14-TK2 tunnel bracket was designed by German engineers. It was used for the first time in 2007 during the construction of Katzenbergtunnel in Germany.

The bracket allows for mounting heaviest surveying instruments. The bracket was tested with loads over 80 kg.

Its construction allows the bracket to be used at any position in a tunnel.

Bracket’s base (1) with an arm (2) can be mounted in any hole with a minimal width of 5 mm. Mounting ratchets are fixe with two M16 screws.

The rotating and tilting arm with hinges (3), tribrach pillar plate (4) can be fixed at any position with 2 M16 screws.

If the bracket is supposed to be mounted in the upper wall of a tunnel, the arm can rotate around its vertical axis in order to ensure an optimal position.

The bracket is made of stainless steel.
